Through the use of Baluns you can transmit the CCTV video signal using Cat5 UTP cable. As a single UTP cable has 4 pairs of wires, it is possible to use a single cable run for up to 4 cameras. Baluns can also help to increase the distance limitations of normal Coaxial cable.
