IDS is excited to announce that we will be participating in an initiative to contribute to the development of technical skills in South Africa and assist unemployed learners in gaining experience to enable them to find permanent employment.

We are doing this by taking on 10 unemployed learners for the purpose of providing them with workplace learning opportunities for a period of 9 months (from March to November).

By the time they join us, they will have all completed the classroom-learning portion of either an NQF 4 qualification in Technical Support or an NQF 5 qualification in System Support.

The 10 learners will be joining the following departments during this period:

Automated Testing                  1 learner

Cape Town Sales                     2 learners

Customer Repairs                    1 learner

Durban Sales                           2 learners

IT                                            1 learner

JHB Sales                               2 learners

Tech Support & Training        1 learner
